Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna and Vanderpump Rules stars Scheana Shay and Brock Davies are ready to expand their comedic careers. The Bravolebrities are set to star in the NBC comedy series, Lopez vs. Lopez. It would be a chef’s kiss to see all three of them together in one episode. Alas, they are appearing in two separate ones. What characters will they be playing alongside comedian George Lopez and when will their episodes air? Let’s find out!
Lisa is flexing her comedic chops as a love interest
After Lisa made it known she had no desire to go back to RHOBH, she returned to her acting roots. Lisa recently starred in American Horror Story, and wrapped a Lifetime movie called Mommy Meanest. No doubt using her villain status on Beverly Hills as inspiration for her character!
And now it’s time for Lisa to flex her comedic acting chops. Bravo’s The Daily Dish reported that Lisa will be starring in Lopez vs. Lopez as George’s potential love interest. The two will have a meet cute when she hires his moving company. This is a guest star role, so it seems the romantic longevity for the two will be a one show wonder.
However, it is possible her character could come back. I think Lisa would make a great sitcom wifey for George, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed she appears on more episodes.
Scheana and Brock are the competition
Everyone and their mother knows Scheana was none too happy about missing out on Dancing with the Stars. Fingers crossed Ariana Madix texted Scheana first about her hosting gig for Love Island USA, otherwise we know what her storyline will be next season on VPR!
While Scheana may not be starring in a dancing competition or hosting a dating show, she has kept herself busy with her singing career. Scheana also has a successful podcast, Scheanangins with Scheana. Now she and her husband Brock can also add sitcom stars to their resumes.
Scheana and Brock will be playing a married couple who are considered rival parents to Mayan Lopez and her TV hubby. The couples go head to head when both of their children get accepted into the gifted program.
Could this be art imitating future life? I definitely see this as a possible storyline when their daughter Summer Moon Davies gets older and goes head to head with the kiddos on The Valley.
When will their episodes air?
Fans won’t have to wait long to see Scheana and Brock in action. Their episode airs on Tuesday, April 23rd. No word yet on when Lisa’s episode drops, however it will air sometime during the current season. It’s always nice to see our favorite reality stars succeeding outside of the Bravoverse!
