Things are getting even messier between Porsha Williams and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Simon Guobadia. After accusing Porsha of bringing a gunman into their home, aka her security detail, Porsha hit back. In this, she commanded Simon to stop using the media as his own personal microphone during their divorce proceedings. Clocking back in, Simon responded, demanding that Porsha hand over her communications with her Real Housewives of Atlanta producers.
In addition to all of this, Porsha also claims that Simon has locked her out of their marital home. Despite their prenup, which states that Simon has to move out within 30 days of their filing, he’s still there. Insert NeNe Leakes, saying “Put your shoes on honey, let’s find you a home.” Instead of looking at properties though, Simon’s instead using his energy to collect every single one of Porsha’s papers.
What a boy wants, what a boy needs
According to his most recent court filings, which RadarOnline dug up, Simon’s currently asking for Porsha to produce a slew of documents related to her career on Bravo. He’s giving Porsha until April 4, 2024, to fulfill this ask. As for the specifics, Simon wants copies of Porsha’s filming contracts, alongside all of her agreements made with her RHOA producers, True Entertainment, starting from 2022 to the present. Likewise, Simon’s also asking for copies of Porsha’s texts and emails with her producers, especially those that focus on their divorce, and those that detail Porsha’s “return and participation as a cast member” on RHOA.
Simon’s not done. He’s also demanding that Porsha turn over a copy of her passport book. He’ll also need copies of any payments that Porsha’s made to any hotel or motel from January 2024 to this present date, proof that she hired an armed bodyguard, and also, every single video and/or audio recording that Porsha might have taken inside of their home, with a timestamp starting on or after February, 2024.
