Kim Zolciak recently asked the courts to protect her financial records from the public amid her and Kroy Biermann’s divorce and financial disaster. However, he just whipped out the receipts, seemingly in response to her request to keep them under wraps.
Anyone who’s watched her on Don’t Be Tardy or The Real Housewives of Atlanta has seen her spending in action. Unsurprisingly, the spreadsheet Kroy just provided outlining Kim’s alleged luxury spending did not paint her in a positive light.
Kroy alleges that Kim blew more than $600,000 on luxury items over six years
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kroy responded to Kim’s motion to compel the submission of her financial records – by submitting some of those financial records.
Kim claimed that she wanted to protect their children’s privacy and prevent him from leaking the records to the media. Whoops. Kroy believes that those reasons are bogus, and Kim’s just trying to hide her irresponsible spending habits.
Included in Kroy’s spreadsheet is a detailed breakdown of Kim’s expenditures throughout their marriage, alleging that she splurged over $600,000 between 2016 and 2023 on luxury items from retailers like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Chanel, Versace, and Agent Provocateur.
Kroy also claimed that Kim made substantial investments in lottery tickets and bitcoin, totaling $161,912.87 in 2021 and an additional $65,966.95 in 2022. Clearly, those didn’t pan out.
Kroy is adamant that Kim’s extravagant spending habits significantly contribute to their divorce proceedings. He also balked at her request for privacy and pointed to her regular social media posts about her pricey habits, like getting Botox and a vaginal rejuvenation surgery (that he accompanied her to).
Even though Kim’s willing to drop money on cosmetic procedures, Kroy alleges that she ignores household expenses and accuses her of hoarding away money in a personal bank account.
Kim and Kroy still owe a ton to the IRS, and even Target came calling. Their Milton, GA mansion is facing foreclosure as it continues to sit on the market despite several price drops.
Kim’s recently been shopping around a reality show only featuring Kim and her adult daughters. However, I bet a petty, loose-lipped, receipt-dropping Kroy show would be more intriguing.
Kim’s on the next season of The Surreal Life, but no premiere date has been announced.
