Kyle Cooke Still ‘Struggling’ and ‘Lonely’ in Amanda Batula Marriage

There’s absolutely nothing mysterious about Kyle Cooke, starting with his affinity for mullets. Any Summer House fan knows exactly what he’s thinking and feeling at all times. I mean, he’s the guy who is repeatedly filmed giving personal monologues to himself when he’s up late snacking in the kitchen of the Hamptons house. Kyle, for better or for worse, always speaks his mind. As expected, it often gets him into trouble.

Kyle appeared on Watch What Happens Live this week to talk all things Summer House. During a game, Andy Cohen asked the Loverboy founder if he regretted saying he was lonely in his marriage. Kyle’s answer might hint that there’s still some trouble in paradise between himself and his wife Amanda Batula. Ruh roh.

Kyle doesn’t hide the truth

During the WWHL bit, Kyle admitted that he regretted how he said he was lonely in his marriage when the cameras were rolling. But he didn’t regret his sentiment entirely. “There’s more layers to that but I regret laying it all out there in the heat of the moment like I did,” Kyle said. However, he was quick to admit that he still feels like he’s very lonely in his marriage to Amanda. It’s very sad to hear.

When Andy asked Kyle to elaborate on that feeling, Kyle made the situation seem like it was in a dire place. “I think we’re really struggling. We’re still working on our communication,” he added. Kyle made it a point to emphasize that he was in therapy. Hopefully, it’s enough to help the Loverboy duo make it out of this rough patch stronger than ever.
