Remember that show Real Housewives of Dubai? It’s easy to forget because not much happened in Season 1, and it’s been nearly two years since we’ve heard a peep from this franchise. However, Season 2 is right around the corner, and they just dropped the taglines!
Chanel Ayan, Caroline Stanbury, Sara Al Madani, Caroline Brooks, and Lesa Milan will all return for Season 2. Plus, as we previously shared, newbie Taleen Marie will be joining the cast after Nina Ali exited the show. Entertainment Tonight got the scoop on all of their new taglines, which range from basic to borderline iconic. You can judge for yourself.
Some hits and some misses
Fresh off her new facelift, Stanbury starts off the intro by saying, “The only thing old about me, darling, is my money.” Next up, Sara says, “In the land of excess, I find my riches within.”
Newbie Taleen came through with a solid tagline, possibly teasing an icy intro to this friend group. She quips, “Take it from me: if you know how to stay chill, you’ll never get burnt.”
The other Caroline added, “I may be building glass houses, but you’ll never see me crack.”
Then, there’s Lesa, who has possibly the most predictable tagline of the bunch. Seriously, it sounds like ChatGPT wrote it. She simply says, “The desert may be hot, but I always find the shade.”
Last but not least, Chanel closes out the intro by saying, “If you’re jealous of me, that’s OK, honey. I would be, too.”
So, although everyone didn’t hit the mark with their taglines, this tease is enough to get us excited about the return of RHODubai. It’s been far too long. Thankfully, Season 1 is streaming on Peacock if you need a refresher.
