Simon Guobadia Demands Porsha Williams Testimony Before July 4

Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia are still battling out their divorce details. It’s been a wild, messy process, where their attorneys’ pockets are the only winners that have prevailed, for now. Currently, Simon is trying to squash Porsha’s filming rights on Real Housewives of Atlanta. He doesn’t want Porsha filming in their still-shared house, and he also wants every one of his court-ordered asks and demands answered, all before the date of July 4, 2024.

Simon says

Simon is growing pettier by the day over on his socials, but this is because he is ready to have his prenup dispute handled now, according to Radar. Therefore, he’s asking for Porsha to show up and speak out, via an out-of-court oral testimony. He is scheduling for this to all go down on Wednesday, July 3, at 10 AM. “The deposition will be held before a person duly authorized by law to administer oaths and take depositions,” his documents read.

Simon wants this handled for the “preservation of evidence, discovery purposes, and any and all uses allowed by law.” He also wants Porsha found in contempt of court. This is because she allegedly “willfully and intentionally” violated a court order. This order asked for her to produce her financial records during their divorce proceedings, which Simon is still waiting on.

As for what these documents are, Simon’s attorneys are asking to see “any and all records of bank checking and/or savings accounts, including credit union accounts, maintained by [Porsha]” from Jan. 2022 to now. His attorney also wants to see Porsha’s monthly account transactions, her loan applications, and some information from her current employers. This includes her income tax filings, and also any audio or video recordings from this time frame.

As for Porsha, she still wants their prenup enforced, which would give her exclusive rights to their mansion. Then, she can film RHOA, without any limitations given on her filming locations.

Hang on friends. This is likely to get even messier in the days that follow. Especially now that Simon has filed to have all of this handled by July 4.
