What is happening on Real Housewives of New Jersey? When Jackie Goldschneider ditched her longtime friend Margaret Josephs for Teresa Giudice, viewers were puzzled. Teresa and Jackie argued their way across several seasons, but somehow ended up being friends. If you thought that something sneaky was happening behind the scenes, you were correct!
Is Jackie aware of Teresa’s comments? Or just ignoring them?
During a recent episode of RHONJ, Teresa admitted that she was using Jackie to take down Margaret. After the episode aired, Rachel Fuda called Jackie “the laughing stock of Bravo.” Ouch! And let’s not forget that Jackie is in hot water with Dolores Catania for calling her “a f*cking slob” in a text to Margaret. Of course, Margaret let Dolores read the text. Now Dolores is done with Jackie.
Meanwhile, Jackie is still giving love, love, love to Teresa, even calling her a “better friend” than Margaret. “What viewers didn’t get to see is at [Jennifer] Fessler’s birthday party, Teresa and I actually did talk for a few minutes. And it started out as just small talk,” Jackie told BravoTV.com, “but I think we both left the conversation sort of feeling like, ‘That was pleasant. You know, that was nice.'”
She continued, “And then at [Jennifer] Aydin’s dog party, we spoke again, and I think we started to see that there was a path forward for us, and I think we both really liked that. So I’m excited for people to see how that evolves.”
Jackie stated, “It’s a friendship that, while it may have started off strategic for certain people, what it turned into was a really nice, beautiful friendship that has continued off-camera.” I confess to being surprised that Teresa and Jackie are hanging out in real life. “To this day, she’s the only person that I’ve spoken to on the phone today,” she added.
Still, since falling out with Margaret, Dolores, and Melissa Gorga, Jackie’s RHONJ friendship pool was drying up. So, staying friends with Teresa was a smart choice.
