After her marriage to Simon Guobadia suddenly came crashing down, Porsha Williams is taking some time off from dating. Can you blame her? She doesn’t know how to pick them. She’s 0-2 when it comes to marriages, and that doesn’t include her baby’s father, the Hot Dog King.
Porsha’s latest divorce has been particularly brutal with nonstop court filings, threats, and prenup challenges. It’s been difficult to follow, so when she visited Andy Cohen at the Watch What Happens Live Clubhouse for their 15th Anniversary Special, he asked her about the grueling process and where her dating life stands today.
Porsha isn’t ready to dip back into the dating pool yet
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was among the first guests to grace the clubhouse during the anniversary episode. With all the headlines surrounding the Guobadia/Williams battle, it didn’t take long before Andy asked about that elephant in the room. He wanted to know what life after Simon truly felt like for Porsha.
“Post-Simon, wow. Life is still life, you know what I’m saying?” Porsha told Andy. “I am not dating at all. I’m still very much married, estranged.”
Porsha made sure to put a huge emphasis on the “estranged” part. As their divorce has escalated, the insults towards each other have gotten nasty. Simon has thrown shade at his ex-wife on Instagram multiple times, and she hasn’t hesitated to return the favor.
Clearly, reconciliation isn’t on the radar for these two. However, on WWHL, Porsha didn’t throw any shade at her ex. She kept things classy and wished him the best, even though, we all know deep down she’s wishing him the worst.
“I’m his peace, or his headache, or his wreaking havoc,” Porsha joked. “But, no, I wish him well. I honestly do.”
