Right now, most of us are probably chilling outside by a BBQ, laughing and chatting with our friends and family. I would wager that most of the Real Housewives are probably doing the same thing, just possibly on a bigger scale and with S’mores. One thing is for sure: these Bravo stars are one hundred percent “Whooping it up” this holiday weekend. As we ring in America’s 248th birthday it’s a time to think back at what our founding fathers wanted for our country. I am pretty positive Thomas Jefferson himself couldn’t hate the Bravo franchise and the joy it brings viewers.
Real Housewives of New York alum, Dorinda Medley
Dorinda Medley, our “Make it Nice” queen, got into the Independence Day mood a bit early by celebrating the night before. Presumably posing around the Berkshires at Skaneateles Lake, Dorinda captured a gorgeous sunset. It looked like Dorinda was at an outdoor soiree, complete with white marquis tents. The mother of one posed on the deck, which was decked out in American flag bunting. Even though she wasn’t at Bluestone Manor, knowing Dorinda the home was decked out in holiday decorations just like every other holiday.
Former RHOBH star, Lisa Rinna
Lisa Rinna came back hot after she scared fans earlier this month with her bleach-blonde hairdo. The former soap opera actress shared a photo of herself jumping on the beach while wearing her famed stars and striped bikini. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star encouraged fans to go have a “hot dog.” This was a famous nod to her once saying she only has one or two a year as a treat. What better day to partake in a grilled sausage than July Fourth? Rinna, don’t tell me you put mustard and ketchup on it. You got to pick just one topping!
The litigious Leah McSweeney
The former Real Housewives of New York star shared a revealing photo of herself wrapped in the star-spangled banner. Leah McSweeney shared a message of hope only months away from the presidential election. She wrote no caption but added the hashtags “#happyindependencedaybitches #LoveYouAmericaButLetsGetItTogether.” Leah didn’t exactly win over fans, as the last photo showed the top of her butt hanging out, touching the flag.
One follower wrote, “Ma’am, please get that flag off the ground.” Another added, “This is tacky on every level.” But Leah didn’t let the negative Nancys get her down and seemed very proud of her photo shoot.
Real Housewives of Orange County sipper, Shannon Beador
As Bravo fans prepare for Season 18 of the Real Housewives of Orange County premiere, Shannon Beador was celebrating the Fourth of July with close friend Jeff Lewis. Neither dressed in red, white, or blue but rather a calming cream tone. Shannon looked great and didn’t seem too worried about the upcoming season, which is bound to show her struggling with her recent DUI.
The always-neutral, Dolores Catania
Dolores Catania posted a small shoutout to her fellow Real Housewives of New Jersey cast. In her Instagram Story, Dolo shared a graphic of the American Flag with little photos of each woman perched around it. It is safe to say that Dolores was busy hosting a BBQ and introducing her beau, Paul Connell, to the most patriotic day of the year.
Santos’ mom and RHOBH icon, Sutton Stracke
In an early morning ride, Sutton Stracke made sure to wish her followers a Happy Fourth of July while on top of her steed, Santos. By her side for good measure was her assistant, Avi. Sutton decked the horse out in emoji red, white, and blue flags as she donned a mile-wide smile. Safe to say, Santos got a festive ice pop after his ride to celebrate.
Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Rachel Fuda
The mother of two spent the day where it was intended, with her family. Rachel Fuda shared a touching post in honor of her Nonna. The matriarch of the family shares her birthday with America and both are going to party in style. Rachel captioned family photos by writing, “I hope you [have] an amazing day! You drive us all bonkers sometimes but you make up for it with how hard you make us laugh.”
No matter how you celebrated Independence Day, I hope you had a day full of ice pops, BBQ, and fireworks!
