Below Deck Med Season 9, Episode 10 Preview: Captain Sandy’s Difficult Decision

The stews are fighting on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9. Elena Dubiach loves her rank and power, and Bri Muller is green and sassy. They also both have a thing for Joe Bradley, which helps nothing. This match is straight from hell, rendering Aesha Scott and Captain Sandy Yawn equally helpless. However, once Ellie placed her hand on Bri’s arm, trying to make Bri follow her commands, all bets flew out of their portholes, leaving Captain Sandy stuck between a dock and a hard place.

The fate of two stews lies with Captain Sandy

This week, Captain Sandy caught Bri in tears (twice) over the drama in the interior department. Aesha did her best to solve these issues, but Bri and Ellie always shared conflicting narratives. Over it, Aesha finally headed to Captain Sandy for an assist.

Overcome with exhaustion, Aesha laid it out for her boss, stressing, “I don’t know what the truth is.” Picking up her radio, Captain Sandy responded, “Just leave it with me.” She then called Bri and Ellie to meet her “on the bridge.” Once these two conflicting ships passing in the night arrived, Captain Sandy grew frustrated because Ellie deflected, while Bri’s walls went straight up, quipping that she could not see a path forward with Ellie.

In a sneak peek for Episode 10, we see this new episode picking right back up on the bridge. Ellie is sobbing, yet still adamant that she is in the clear, as Bri sits silently nearby. Sighing, Captain Sandy says she needs time because she now has a “difficult decision” to make about their futures. In the meantime, she wants them to stay kind, and after this charter, they can reconvene.

The ladies leave, and Aesha takes their place. Captain Sandy tells Aesha that her stews would not stop bickering. Aesha understands. She has been dealing with this all season.

But then Captain Sandy tasks Aesha with swapping out their cabins. This one is harder for Aesha to grasp because it removes Gael Cameron from her room. Nevertheless, Aesha agrees. Captain Sandy will now spend the rest of this charter debating a potential double-firing.

Below Deck Mediterranean continues every Monday at 9/8c on Bravo.
