Orange County is hot in the real estate market these days. And Real Housewives of Orange County star and real estate agent Gina Kirschenheiter now has some competition. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Altman has traveled south to set up shop and sell homes. He’s recently scored some big OC listings, and Gina is ready to jump in on the action. So, will we ever see a Gina and Altman crossover?
Gina thinks crossing paths with Altman “would be amazing”
During Season 17 Gina decided to up her career game and enter the world of real estate. At the end of the season, she could share the good news that she had become a licensed agent. Now it was time to get selling!
Gina’s real estate career is going strong in the newest season. Except for that minor scuffle with castmate, Jennifer Pedranti. Jennifer was evicted from the home Gina vouched for her to move into. Oop. Gina was then worried that would impact her book of business. And in real estate, it’s all about who you know.
Still, she is looking to the future ahead. And that could include working with MDLLA’s Josh Altman, Josh Flagg, and Tracy Tutor one day. Bravo’s The Daily Dish reported on Gina’s thoughts on doing a crossover. She shared collaboration is possible, as their OC listings have popped up on her radar. But location could be an issue.
Gina said, “They’re mostly selling on the coast, and I’m mostly working in my community, which is a little bit more inland.” She added, “I respect working with the other agents. I like working with the other agents. So if we did cross paths, that would be amazing.”
She might not be banking $24.5 million like Altman, but Gina’s well on her way. She shared, “So far, this year, you know, we’re still in the first quarter and I closed four deals and my highest so far closed was $1.68 million for a beautiful home in Baker Ranch.”
If Altman can hire Heather Dubrow’s son as an intern, I’m sure he can squeeze in Gina as an agent at his Newport Beach office. And the cameras better be up and ready to capture it all.
