Garcelle Beauvais Spent $6,000 on Dating App Recommended by Bethenny Frankel: ‘Not One D’

During Season 13 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, viewers watched Sutton Stracke venture into the dating pool. Her co-star Garcelle Beauvais also tried out a matchmaker during Season 11 because she was reluctant to use a dating app. However, Bethenny Frankel convinced her to use one, and it was a pricy fail for Garcelle.

Garcelle Beauvais tried out a dating app that Bethenny Frankel suggested and it drained her wallet

During a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Garcelle delved into her misadventures in dating. Since her divorce 13 years ago, Garcelle has dabbled in the dating pool a bit. “Bethenny Frankel, a couple [of] years ago, said to me, ‘You should really go on the apps. I have one. It’s really like CEOs, the top guys,’ and she goes, ‘You should go on it,'” Garcelle said. “I go, ‘Ah, I don’t know.’ She goes, ‘No, trust me.’ And so a week later I’m like, ‘You know what? I should do it,’ so I go on it.”

When asked the name of the app, Garcelle paused. “I want to say League. League, League, League, and so I go on it and I’m looking, and you have to pay and I’m like, “I don’t want to pay to meet a guy. I mean, that seems a little weird,”‘ Garcelle explained. “But I’m like, ‘You know what? I’m gonna try it.’ So I sign up and it was like $399 a week. These are high-end guys, so you’ve gotta pay for it.”

Garcelle continued, “So I go on it and I look and I’m like, ‘Hmm. It’s not really my type of thing,’ so I get off it. So, cut to maybe six, eight months later. I’m on my app stuff and my son Jax comes down and I go, “Hey Jax. There’s a particular app that I want to get off of. How do I do it?” Tell us the tea, Garcelle!

“He comes, he grabs my phone, and he goes, ‘Mom, why do you have all these things that you’re paying for?’ He goes, ‘A dating app?’ I go, ‘No, I’m not on a dating app,'” Garcelle replied. The RHOBH star added, “$6,000 later. I wanted to throw up. I couldn’t believe it.” She added, “I never checked out.” Shane Douglas chimed in, “You didn’t cancel the subscription.”

Then host Jeff Lewis addressed the most pressing matter. “Did you get any dates out of that for six grand?” Garcelle responded, “Not one. Not one.” That seems crazy!

“Not one d*ck?” Jeff asked. “Not one D,” Garcelle confirmed. Of course, Jeff was shocked by this outcome. “Not one? Not one?” Once again, the actress replied, “Not one d*ck.”

Jeff was slightly outraged for Garcelle. “For six grand. Six grand,” he stated. “I can’t believe that.” How could someone overlook Garcelle? I’m not sure what happened with that app, but Garcelle deserves some attention.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is now streaming on Peacock.
