Buckle up. According to Brynn Whitfield, the new season of Real Housewives of New York promises to be a “roller coaster.”
“Last season, we were the ‘hot freshmen,'” Brynn told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. “It was fun. Now it’s, like, we’re Housewives, honey!”
Sounds like things are going to get serious in Season 15.
“Spicy” but fun new RHONY season
On the August 11 episode of WWHL, Brynn made a surprise visit to the Clubhouse, crashing in on SNL writers/podcasters Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers.
“It’s New York, it’s intense,” Brynn continued. “It’s spicy, but it’s fun [and] silly.”
“Brynn, are you dating anybody these days?” Andy wanted to know.
“Maybe,” the marketing consultant teased. “To be revealed.”
Matt mentioned that he had been at the RHONY BravoCon panel, and it was “a great vibe.”
“I knew you guys were there to stay,” he added. “You guys were amazing.”
“Who are you closest to in the group right now?” Andy asked.
“Right now?” she mused, mentioning that the season is a “roller coaster.” She finally admitted that she’s probably closest to Jenna Lyons.
“Jenna’s a doll,” Brynn added.
“Does Jenna like to ‘mix it up’ as a Housewife?” Matt asked. “Like, does she get into it a little bit more?”
“I have two MVP’s from our season: Jenna and Erin [Lichy],” Brynn replied. “So you will see the reason why I, Brynn, love Jenna and Erin. They’re wild.”
Though no date has yet been announced for the premiere of Season 15, Bravo announced on March 28 that the show will be returning. On August 4, Bravo further whetted fan appetites by releasing a teaser on X that RHONY was “coming soon.”
