The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 concluded with a viewing special of the finale. The cast assembled, in two separate rooms, to watch the finale and react in real time. Once again, Rails hosted this sit-down. And the cast wasn’t served alcohol this time, which was a wise decision. Once again, Rachel Fuda relived her screaming match with Teresa Giudice, when she ordered the OG to keep her husband, John Fuda’s name, out of her mouth. But at the end of the special, Rachel shared a bombshell of her own. She is pregnant! Here’s what she’s revealed about her pregnancy…
Rachel Fuda and John Fuda are welcoming their fourth child as they celebrate pregnancy
Rachel’s news shocked all her “chosen” people in her viewing room. “We’re so excited. “We’re ready to be a party of six!” Rachel told People. Rachel and John share four-year-old Gianella, two-year-old Giuliana, and 17-year-old son Jaiden. Rachel adopted Jaiden, who is John’s son from a prior relationship.
“John and I always felt like our family wasn’t complete. We actually have a table in my kitchen and when we sit down for dinner, there’s one empty chair,” Rachel explained. “And we always kind of looked at each other like, ‘Oh, it’d be nice to fill that seat.'”
Rachel used IVF to become pregnant with their daughters, and so she started the process once filming on Season 14 of RHONJ wrapped. This process included Rachel coming off the medication that she takes to treat her arthritis. “It took a couple months of us working with my doctor to figure out when this could actually happen for us. And it was really frustrating because it just kept getting delayed,” she stated.
Rachel feels “lucky” to be bringing another child “into the world”
Eventually, the couple proceeded with the process. And when Rachel received the news that the transfer worked, she surprised John. “I made a little box for John of a little baby’s outfit and I put the pregnancy test in there. But I put all of it inside of a Chanel box … he thought that I bought something for him at Chanel. He was kind of confused!” Rachel said.
While Rachel is dealing with all the joys of pregnancy, including “crazy nausea” and “painful” bloating, she is thrilled to be expecting again. “I feel like my true purpose in life is being a mom. It fulfills me more than I ever thought possible,” Rachel stated. “And I can’t wait to do it again. I mean, what’s better than to bring life into the world? How lucky am I?”
Congratulations to Rachel, John, and the entire Fuda family!
