Ariana Madix’s Mom Writes Letter Pleading for Son Jeremy’s Jail Release

Ariana Madix’s brother, Jeremy Madix, has often appeared on Vanderpump Rules, but his latest appearance is going down in front of a Florida-based judge. To explain, in February, Jeremy and his friend Jonah Ahad got into trouble at the Orlando International Airport. The boys were traveling to Germany, and they brought along 64 bags of marijuana for the ride. Jeremy’s arrest followed on July 10, complete with an extradition ticket back to Florida. Cue Tanya Madix, the mother of all things Madix, penning a letter to the courts, pleading for her son’s release.

Ariana Madix’s mother pleads for Jeremy’s return to CA

Court documents obtained by In Touch revealed that Jeremy concealed 64 bags of marijuana, clocking in at over 76 pounds, in his bags. His friend had even more. Okay, lit trip. All puns intended.

Following his arrest and extradition back to the Sunshine State that raised me, Jeremy had no bond. Therefore, his legal team motioned to set one, allowing Jeremy to return to CA. Cue Tanya, writing a letter, hoping his assigned judge would consider her words.

“I am Tanya Madix, Jeremy’s mother. He is a wonderful, loving son. When he visits, he always takes care of anything I want done at my house. He is a kind person. He is always sure to check in on me,” Tanya began.

“Over the past ten years, while living in California, he has thrived. He has a good job and is liked by his employer. He shares a home with his lovely fiancée Rachael and their two dogs. Jeremy is proud of his home,” Tanya added, trying to convey how Jeremy belonged back on the West Coast, not the East.

“Jeremy has developed a wide circle,” filled with friends and “supportive acquaintances. He is both cherished and respected by his peers. I am very proud of my son’s achievements,” she ended, as any doting mother might.

The latest court records show Jeremy’s bond was finally set at $80,000. It seems Tanya’s letter, alongside her son’s legal team, did and said all the right things.

Now, to post bond.

Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.

TELL US – CAN JEREMY POST THIS BOND? WILL TRAVELING TO AND FROM FLORIDA FOR HEARINGS CREATE ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS FOR JEREMY?
