During Season 9, Jennifer was offended because Jackie wrote an article about children who were spoiled. It was obvious that she used Jennifer’s family and opulent home for inspiration. And Jackie even critiqued Jennifer’s parenting skills. Ouch!
So, Jennifer presented gifts to the cast during a bus ride to a winery. She gifted Jackie a lovely knife modeled after an ancient Turkish dagger. Only this dagger was used to stab someone when their back was turned.
“So, I figured I could give you something tangible so the next time, I could see it coming,” Jennifer told a confused Jackie. Once the meaning was crystal clear, Jackie shoved the knife and sheath away from her. She informed her fellow newbie that she didn’t want any more “passive-aggressive gifts.”
Jackie Goldschneider uses Gia Giudice as an analogy
Teresa started Season 11 off with a bomb. Teresa told the cast that Evan was cheating on Jackie when he went to the gym. Unfortunately, she decided to start spreading this rumor at Evan’s birthday party. Jackie and Evan were blissfully unaware until people told them of the gossip.
Then Margaret opened up her home for Teresa and Jackie to talk. An emotional Jackie asked Teresa to take it back and tell her it was a lie. Instead, Teresa explained that she heard the rumor, had no proof, and didn’t remember who told her.
“Well, you know what? I heard that Gia [Giudice] snorts coke in the bathroom at parties. I heard it,” Jackie said of Teresa’s daughter. “I don’t know where I heard it from.” Of course, Jackie made the mistake of thinking that Teresa understood analogies.
Teresa didn’t and flew off the handle. “You’re a f*cking bitch!” Teresa shouted. Naturally, Jackie received some backlash for talking about one of the cast member’s children, even though Gia was 20 years old at the time.
When Jackie asked Teresa about her confidence
The entire cast gathered at the Jersey Shore, where all good things happen. Unless you are on the RHONJ cast. Then nothing magical happens here. Jackie and Teresa were still feuding about Teresa spreading rumors and Jackie’s failed analogy.
During dinner, Jackie told Teresa that she wanted nothing to do with her. “I love that. I’m a confident person, you’re so not. I like to hang out with confident people,” Teresa stated.
“Did you get that confidence in jail?” Jackie fired back. Teresa, who was shocked asked, “In jail?” Jackie responded, “Yeah, that’s what I f*cking said.”
Cue Teresa’s meltdown. “She’s a nasty bitch. She’s disgusting,” Teresa said as she stormed away from the table. Right there, Jackie’s confidence was on display. (We see you, Melissa!)
When Jackie Goldschneider almost came to blows with Dolores Catania
During Season 12, Jackie hosted a keg party. But what wasn’t on the menu was a blow-up with Dolores Catania. After Jennifer told Dolores that Jackie accused her of being a bad friend, Dolores was upset. While Jackie said that she felt that Dolores was better friends with Margaret, Dolores denied that claim.
Instead, she asked Jennifer if she needed more support from her. Then she gestured at Jackie. “But I don’t need to hear it from this,” Dolores said.
“Don’t f*cking call me this!” Jackie said repeatedly. “What are you going to do about it?” Dolores asked as she got in Jackie’s face. The situation looked dicey for a moment, but everyone managed to keep the ladies apart. This wasn’t the last time that Jackie would tangle with Dolores.
Jackie Goldschneider was vulnerable about her eating disorder
Jackie was open about her struggle with an eating disorder. This scene, which showed Jackie taking her kids out for ice cream for the first time, was emotional on many levels. In a flashback talking to her therapist, Jackie discussed the last time that she ate ice cream. It had been 20 years.
So, she took her kids to get ice cream, and Jackie asked for a small cup of cake batter. “This first bite of ice cream was really the first bite of anything I’ve had in the last 18 years that deviated from the rules of how I’m allowed to eat,” Jackie explained in her confessional. “I kind of feel like I’m walking off of a cliff. But for me, this was a real turning point.”
The best part? Jackie told her kids that she “loved” the ice cream, and even sampled some of the flavors that her kids had. It was a sweet and triumphant moment for Jackie.
When Jackie entered a beer-chugging contest
During Season 13 of RHONJ, the cast journeyed to Dublin to celebrate Teresa’s bachelorette party. Is that what Teresa wanted? Probably not. As they made their way to a pub, Jenn Fessler tripped and fell on the sidewalk. Thankfully, only her dignity was hurt.
At the pub, Jackie suggested a Guinness drinking contest. Now, Jackie knows her way around a keg and chugging beer. She does not play. So, she challenged a local woman to a chugging contest. And Jackie won!
She hoisted her glass in the air, proudly sporting a foamy Guinness mustache. Seeing Jackie covered in beer and loving life is a vibe. I wish that Jackie had more light-hearted moments like this on the show. And not to be outdone, Jenn Fessler also took part in a separate contest and did well. Go Team Jersey!
Jackie Goldschneider and Margaret Josephs’ friendship implodes
There was tension between Jackie and Margaret during Season 14. During the charity softball game, Margaret slammed Jackie for giving other people copies of her new book, but not Margaret. For the first time, Jackie felt confident and wasn’t afraid to walk away from her former bestie.
But at Melissa and Joe Gorga’s housewarming party, their friendship fell apart. “You’re mad that I’m friends with Teresa. And too bad. Listen, this is a big f*cking waste of my time,” Jackie told Margaret. “I’m walking away from you.”
Well, Jackie didn’t get far before Margaret struck back. While Jackie was chatting with Dolores, Margaret sent Dolores a screenshot of a text conversation between herself and Jackie. In the thread, Jackie called Dolores a “f*cking slob.” Jackie was shocked when Dolores showed her the message. She apologized, but Dolores coldly brushed her aside. Give Margaret a point for winning that round.
Jackie Goldschneider confesses her secret to Teresa Giudice
During the Season 14 RHONJ finale at The Rails, Teresa accused Margaret of teaming up with her husband, Luis Ruelas’ ex. At the time, Luis and his ex were involved in a heated court case.
But someone at the table met with Luis’ ex in February 2021. Margaret outed Jackie, and the mom denied it. “Are you out of your f*cking mind?” she exclaimed.
Finally, Jackie put her hand on Teresa’s shoulder. “I met with her,” she admitted. Everyone else was stunned, but what happened next was even more mind-blowing.
Teresa was fine with it because it was around the time that she spread the cheating rumor about Jackie’s husband, Evan. So, she could understand Jackie’s reasons and accept them. Seriously?
