It’s shaping up to be a summer of love for Mauricio Umansky! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and former Buying Beverly Hills star was spotted getting affectionate with actress Nikita Kahn while vacationing in Greece a few weeks back.
Despite his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, reportedly having a hard time seeing Mau move on, he’s moving full steam ahead with Nikita. The two were just spotted on yet another holiday, and they again weren’t shy with their PDA.

Perhaps Mau needed a getaway after it just was announced that his Netflix show, Buying Beverly Hills was canceled. According to TMZ, he and Nikita were just spotted at the One&Only resort in Mandarina, Mexico – right near Puerto Vallarta.
Mau went shirtless and Nikita was clad in a bikini as the two walked close to the shoreline. They then got into the Pacific and warmly embraced while bobbing around.
In the past month-ish, Mau’s been seen making out with Nikita in an airport, getting touchy with her on a Greek vacation, and now, this. It seems like things could be getting serious. It’s worth noting that he and Kyle haven’t filed for divorce yet and have been pretty wishy-washy on a timeline of when that might finally happen. However, it’s been rumored that Kyle is more than ready to pull the plug.
Hopefully, Kathy Hilton is on standby somewhere to help calm her sister down again after Mau and Nikita’s newest display. If not, Kyle’s “close friend” Morgan Wade might just have to do.
