Lead Deckhand Joe Bradley has gotten himself in a bit of a bind with the ladies on Below Deck Mediterranean. He’s been in a love triangle with Elena Dubaich and Bri Muller since the start of their season. This has affected the whole vibe of the interior crew, as both Ellie and Bri have been fighting over Joe. What they didn’t realize is that Joe has been leading them on. But Gael Cameron did, and she told Joe just that in the preview for Below Deck Med Season 9, Episode 13.
Gael questions if Joe’s “good guy act” is just an act on Below Deck Mediterranean
Joe’s back-and-forth between Ellie and Bri backfired when he sang a song about hooking up with both of them. Ellie heard it all happen, but Joe apologized. Afterward, Ellie asked him out on a date, but he turned her down. Oop.
It was all too much for Joe, so he asked Gael for some advice. Joe said, “I’d be in the wrong if I had went on this date with Ellie. Full well knowing that I didn’t want to go on a date. The easy option is just to go on the date and just walk it out. It takes more courage to say no. What’s your view of it?”
Gael told him, “You’ve given them all these hints that you are interested, so you know, I feel like you did lead them on. Ellie told me about the line where you were like, ‘I don’t care about which one as long as I get f*cked’ or something like that. I don’t know; I started feeling a bit of empathy for the girls.” Joe sighed, “Yeah, I suppose.”
However, Gael had his number. In her confessional, she said, “I really feel like he knows he’s toying with these girls and really doesn’t care as long as he gets what he wants. He always manipulating it that it’s the girls’ fault. I’m just questioning, is the good guy act, an act?” I’m pretty sure she already knows the answer.
