The 2024 Democratic National Convention is underway in Chicago, Illinois, and our girl Wendy Osefo is at the center of the action. The Real Housewives of Potomac star, along with her husband Eddie Osefo, were both in attendance during the festivities on Tuesday, August 20. Wendy and Eddie Osefo had a ‘front-row seat to history’
Out of all of the hundreds of Bravolebrities, of course, Wendy was the one at the DNC supporting Vice President Kamala Harris. Ever since we met her on RHOP, she has been vocal about shifting into a political commentator career. We watched her jump away from cast trips just to do pop-up appearances on the news. That continued commitment is what scored her a ticket to the DNC, and she and her hubby were all smiles looking as glamorous as ever on Instagram.
“A front-row seat to history!! Thank you to the DNC for inviting me to be a part of this historic moment. #DNCConvention2024 #Kamala2024,” Wendy shared.
Each day of the DNC has been filled with speeches from political heavy hitters. The night Wendy attended featured appearances from Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, Michelle Obama, and President Barack Obama. There was also randomly a surprise performance from Lil’ Jon at one point during Day 2. Hopefully, Wendy got to see that, too.
Before the DNC, Dr. Wendy accepted an invitation to the White House. She’s been vocal on social media with her support for the Harris campaign. As the 2024 election draws closer, expect to see a whole lot more of Wendy doing her part to make a difference.
