Season 15 of Real Housewives of New York is almost upon us. The new season will kick off on Tuesday, October 1 on Bravo. Erin Lichy, Brynn Whitfield, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Sai De Silva will all return for the upcoming season, joined by new Housewife Racquel Chevremont and “friend of” Rebecca Minkoff

In honor of RHONY’s return, let’s take a look back at the new cast’s greatest moments from Season 14.

When Jessel said Tribeca was ‘up-and-coming on RHONY

One of the most talked about moments from last season was when Jessel deemed the NYC neighborhood Tribeca as “up and coming” during a lunch with Erin, who lived nearby. Her co-star was surprised by the statement, considering it is one of the most expensive and sought-after areas in the city. The neighborhood is home to many celebrity residents, including Harry Styles, Jennifer Lawrence, and Beyoncé. But according to Jessel, Tribeca still has a lot of untapped potential.

Fans were obsessed with Jessel shading Tribeca. The scene went viral on X and became a meme.

Jenna Lyons’ RHONY closet reveal

In the Season 14 premiere, fans got an inside look at fashion maven Jenna’s incredible closet. It was hard not to be envious. The RHONY star owns hundreds of designer shoes. She estimated the number was around the 300 range.

In a confessional, she admitted her shoe obsession was not normal.

“It’s insane. I’m aware,” she said. “I worked in fashion for 27 years. I collect [shoes] because they have meaning to me.”

In addition to the fabulous shoes, there were also countless beautiful dresses. Oh, if only I could be Jenna Lyons for a day.

Cheese-gate: RHONY Drama 101

There are few Housewives storylines sillier than “Cheese-gate.” Season 14 opened with a cheese dilemma involving Brynn, Erin, and Sai. According to Brynn, Erin said that Sai insulted her charcuterie board during a get-together, which resulted in a rift between the women. Sai denied making an unsavory comment about the cheese, telling Brynn and Jessel that she did eat the spread. Erin confronted Brynn at Jenna’s party and a fight about cheese broke out. Yup, you read that right. The whole thing was a silly miscommunication issue and while it was ridiculous, it was pretty iconic.

‘It’s Friday, Honey’

In Season 14, Jessel redefined what constitutes “the weekend.” During a lunch with Sai, she celebrated the start of her weekend, stating, “It’s Friday, honey.” The comment confused Sai, who responded, “Friday is a work day, Jessel.”

Jessel was not interested in Sai’s “five-day work week” speech. She let her co-star know that in her mind, the weekend starts on Friday.

The comment resonated with fans who loved Jessel’s all-play/no-work attitude. I have to admit I also felt inspired by Jessel’s bold decision to start her weekend a day early. She should be president.

Brynn and Jenna go to the gay bar on RHONY

In Episode 12, Brynn escorted Jenna to a local gay bar to show off her best wing-woman skills. Brynn helped Jenna get her flirt on and the Fashion Star was grateful for her friend’s expertise.

“I’m actually so relieved Brynn is here with me because the girl has game,” she said in a confessional. “I have none. I’m so shy. I’ve never picked anyone up, ever.”

It was fun to see a different side of Jenna. She’s usually so reserved. We got to see her flirt for the first time all season and it was a joy to watch.

Anniversary party from hell on RHONY

Erin and Abe’s anniversary party caused a whole lot of drama. The women complained about every aspect of it. They didn’t like the invitations, the food, or the speeches. They even ditched the party early because Sai was starving. Naturally, Erin was offended by her friends’ comments and their early departure. She confronted them about their “bad behavior” but it was not received well. Sai defended her right to food and Brynn defended her right to talk through the speeches.

Jessel’s Popsicle Story

All RHONY fans remember when Jessel revealed she once had a popsicle stuck in her…you know. The moment confused both her co-stars and viewers at home. The confession happened during a game in which the women were sharing secrets about their love lives. Most of the secrets were relatively tame until Jessel came through with her popsicle story.

Missing phone in Anguilla

One of the most dramatic moments from Season 14 was when Erin hid Ubah’s phone during the cast trip to Anguilla. Erin thought it was a harmless prank but Ubah didn’t see it that way. The women got into a huge fight over the missing phone saga. Erin referred to the drama as the worst conflict she’s had. Yikes. It was shocking to see how much drama arose from a harmless prank.

Real Housewives of New York is currently streaming on Peacock.
