If you’re looking to make a move to New York City, Andy Cohen and Ryan Serhant have quite the property for you, but it’s going to cost a pretty penny. The unofficial bossman of Bravo has teamed up with the Owning Manhattan star to list his 3,500-square-foot house for a whopping $14 million. It’s quite the spectacle, and that’s putting it lightly.
Inside Andy Cohen’s million-dollar listing
Andy and Ryan have been teasing the listing for a few months. On an episode of Watch What Happens Live, the pair revealed that Ryan would be responsible for the listing. Meanwhile, Andy has been working on renovating a brand-new apartment for him and his two children.
According to the New York Times, Andy has been living in his current space for about 21 years. Technically, the apartment that he listed is four apartments that have been combined into one monstrosity because when you’re rich, you can just do things like that.
Although we see a glimpse of Andy’s style every night in the WWHL Clubhouse, the newly released pictures of the inside of his apartment reveal a totally new side to his eclectic taste. Throughout the two-story space, he’s got colorful walls, marble floors, and some very unique furniture pieces. It’s so over-the-top that Ryan knew he wanted to help him sell it well before Andy even planned on moving.
Ryan explained, “The first time I ever walked into Andy’s apartment, I said, ‘Whenever you are willing to part with this, even if I have to pull it from your grip, please let me know. Because it’s a one of one.”
He continued, “It’s one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for to find something like this that you get to bring to market and sell.”
So, if you or anybody you know has $14 million lying around and wants to make this apartment their home, Ryan is the guy to call. He’s going to sell this thing.
