Even though Katie Rost has been out of the limelight for a bit, the former Real Housewives of Potomac star is making quite the comeback. Recently, reports noted a possible romance between the former model and Chris Samuels, Monique Samuels’ ex. But could this all be a ruse for the limelight or true love?
Katie Rost is making moves on the former football player
On August 29th, Bravo fans yelled, “Stop the presses!” after Katie posted a photo hugging Chris. The post showed the duo in a cozy embrace as Katie wrote, “I flirt hard and when I see a good one; I go for it #og #rhop #potomac when mr. s steps into the building …Katie says Oh yes, he is such an incredible human #katievibes (thanks for welcoming me back to Potomac.)” Even though she was trolled by some fans in the comments, Katie made it clear: “Monique is my friend. Don’t talk sh*t about her. She is an incredibly good friend, and I love her very much.”
After some backlash, Katie added a few more posts writing, “I didn’t do anything wrong.” On August 30th, Katie shared a screenshot post from a fan mocking her with a gif of Candiace Dillard Bassett writing, “I’m literally calling candy pants cause … I did NOT a thing! I maybe did like a few things.” In yet another post, Katie screenshot an old quote from Monique who called her “down-to-earth” adding “Mo, I’m your girl. I would never. And you totally understand that this is bulls***. I’m home. I hope to see you, and I would NEVER have sex with Chris. I am deeply sorry if me saying I flirted with him. Which I did … Dude, you know me.”
One thing is for sure: at least Katie is staying honest about her flirty ways, although I imagine Monique was not impressed.
