Heather Dubrow’s return to Real Housewives of Orange County has been rocky at times. During Season 18, she sparred with Katie Ginella over whether or not Heather called the paparazzi. Heather denied doing it or lying about it. And because Heather has a home in Los Angeles, there are rumors that she is trading in her orange for a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills diamond. As usual, Tamra Judge is wading into the drama.
Tamra Judge doesn’t want Heather Dubrow to leave RHOC
Tamra decided to hop on Instagram Story for a Q & A session. She was still recovering from her brow lift and CO2 laser procedures. According to Heavy, when a fan asked if Tamra thought that Heather would leave for a different franchise, she had an interesting response.
“You know I love Heather. I love my Fancy Pants, and she brings something really special to Orange County,” Tamra replied, “and I would hate to ever see her leave.” I can tell by the way that Tamra trolled Heather last season about the paparazzi. “But I could see her going onto Beverly Hills if she wanted. I mean, maybe she could do both?” She added, “Who knows, but I would hate to see her leave.”
Of course, Heather has been asked many times if she would switch to RHOBH. “Look, my husband’s [cosmetic surgery] practice is still in Orange County, we have a home in Orange County, our lives are there,” Heather explained. “Really, we’ve been going back and forth between Orange County and Beverly Hills for quite some time.”
One important factor that viewers saw this season on RHOC is Heather and Terry spending time in Los Angeles because it is a more inclusive environment for their son, Ace Dubrow, who is transgender, and their daughter, Katarina Dubrow, who is a lesbian. Both of their children are happy in their schools there. And Heather and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, are both active in supporting LGBTQ+ rights. I love that this couple is committed to their kids’ happiness.
So, if Fancy Pants does decide to grab a diamond, it will have to work for not only her but also her family.
