Why Tamra Judge Is the Villain RHOC Needs

It can’t be argued that the Real Housewives of Orange County is having one of its best seasons to date. After the last few seasons, which showed lackluster storylines and boring fights, there has been an apparent uptick in the franchise. And I’d have to say fans should thank Tamra Judge for the revival. She is the villain that the OG franchise always needed and frankly deserves. She doesn’t rest on the laurels of old feuds because if that were true, we would have seen Jeana Keough back, making sure to throw her glass of wine. Tamra is one of those villains we will be talking about forever just because she is so perfect in the role, and that’s “My opinion!”

Tamra Judge is embracing her role in unimaginable ways

No matter where Tamra goes, she is leaving her mark on the rest of the cast. Last week’s episode showed Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter really going. The crux of the issue was how it looks like Emily is turning into a mini Tammy Sue. The lawyer has always been aggressive, but Season 18 shows her stepping into the villain’s shoes. But as a viewer, I kind of like it. It’s definitely one of those unpopular opinions, but I think Tamra could have been a Jedi knight in the past and is currently teaching her friend to come to the dark side.

Tamra has also been the catalyst that pushed Alexis Bellino and Shannon Beador back into the same sphere. Every single scene reeks of Tamra, but in the best of ways. The blonde is solidifying that she isn’t going anywhere. Her rule over Orange County has just begun. And like any queen, Tamra is ready to make a bit of a mess if it ensures her loyal viewers.

It’s our OPINIONNNNN that Tamra Judge is, in fact, a legend. #RHOC #RealityTV #Hayu

Even though some fans have tried to explain that times have changed, I still find the real estate agent to be quite entertaining. She is far from toxic and, in fact, actually makes some pretty compelling arguments. She’s the villain who cares—the villain with a heart. This opinion is easily backed up, especially when she explained the reason behind canceling the Tres Amigas tour. Tamra noted she thought it was hypocritical to have Shannon on stage drinking after her DUI. Before she decided that Shannon wasn’t a good person she did seem to care about her well-being. I mean the math adds up.

Being a villain isn’t all that bad, honestly. Most co-stars fear Tamra because they don’t know how she will react. This trait is a total plus because they end up playing her game, which means she ends up with the power. The blonde is also super calculating and never forgets a good bit of information in case it is needed at a later date. But perhaps her best superpower is being able to bring up extremely tense topics that most would shy away from and stir the pot.

Tamra Judge has dolled out harsh criticism of Shannon Beador

As we all know, sometimes, to keep your villain crown, you have to go after the weakest in the group. Tamra does a fantastic job of keeping her foes and friends in line. Currently, Shannon is her target, and after her embarrassing DUI and breakup, Tammy Sue has been anything but easy on her former friend. In fact, Tamra has acquired a sidekick in the form of Alexis to annoy Shannon more. The Real for Real founder has had to deal with Tamra’s honest truths and straightforward opinions. And even though Tamra might have been able to sugarcoat her delivery, she chose to bring down the hammer instead.

As all Bravo fans know, Real Housewives alliances are constantly changing. Shannon was clearly devastated by the loss of trust between her and Tamra. But to the resident villain, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Tamra knows precisely what will work for each particular season. Let’s not forget Tamra created the nickname “Jesus Jugs.” But now she is besties with Alexis. Believe me, next season, she will most likely be mocking Alexis and John Janssen’s engagement just for the perfect storyline. Tamra is perfect at messy moments. Between calling out Brooks Ayers, attacking Shannon for being an “alcoholic,” and mocking Gretchen Rossi’s Ed Hardy hat, she is the villain I want to keep on watching.

TELL US — DO YOU LOVE TAMRA AS A VILLAIN? OR WOULD YOU RATHER SEE HER SWEETER SIDE?
