There’s one thing that Bravo viewers just love about Andy Cohen. And that is his ability to absolutely annihilate whoever he sees fit. Whether the Bravo Kingpin is taking aim at a Real Housewives star or the former President of the United States, no one is off limits. Not even Donald Trump.
Andy Cohen pokes fun at Donald Trump
During the first presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Trump, many lies were addressed. The Republican candidate made several false assertions during the broadcast. In fact, it happened so often that the moderators were forced to step in to add corrections. Perhaps the grossest claim was when Trump claimed that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, had resorted to stealing residents’ pets. Yes, he said people were eating cats and dogs.
Andy wasted no time in jumping on the bandwagon as he took to X to mock the former leader of the free world. The Bravo executive wrote, “Good morning! But remember, THEY’RE EATING THE DOGS!!!!!!!!!!” This was a jab at Trump’s comments from the debate. The convicted felon stated, “They’re eating the dogs! The people that came in. They’re eating the cats! They’re eating; they’re eating the pets of the people that live there.” The city of Springfield and its officials have already gone on record to say the reports are not accurate.
Andy Cohen can’t stop laughing
Andy was left just as perplexed as most of the other viewers. He followed up his first post with a second one that read, “Is this old man talking about people eating cats? What is happening?” Trump was also called out during the same segment regarding his famed rallies. Vice President Harris pointed out that he has said some outlandish things like that windmills cause cancer. She even taunted that attendees had left his rallies out of boredom. Trump was left grasping at straws as he noted, “We have the biggest rallies, the most incredible rallies in the history of politics.” I think Andy and most of America had the last laugh.
