RHOC’s Vicki Gunvalson’s $1.5 Million Home Close to Wildfire in California

The OG in the OC is currently having drama with Mother Nature. Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson’s $1.5 million home is near the Airport Fire that has scorched both OC and Riverside counties in California. While many have sadly lost their homes due to this fire, Vicki’s property is still okay for the moment. And more than likely, the insurance diva has her home well protected with an iron-clad fire insurance policy. However, she still might need to evacuate to be on the side of caution.

Vicki Gunvalson’s home is currently “in the voluntary evacuation area”

Fire season is a scary time in California, and OC residents are currently going through it with the Airport Fire. Unfortunately for Vicki, the fire is near her home. In Touch Weekly has the details on Vicki’s home and how the fire almost affected it.

Vicki has a three-bedroom, three-bath, 4620-square-foot home in Coto de Caza. She purchased it “for $1,035,000 in 2021.” Vicki then “listed the home for sale in 2022 at the price of $1,599,000, but it never sold.” Gotta wait for those mortgage rates to go down first.

Regarding the fire, it was noted that “the Orange County Sheriff’s Department released a map that also shows Vicki’s home in the voluntary evacuation area.” And the good news is a source confirmed “that Vicki has not needed to evacuate.” As of now, over “11,000 people” have been evacuated.

So far, Vicki “has yet to comment on the fire.” While she might be mum on the fire, Vicki has not been quiet about Tamra Judge. She’s been busy commenting on Tamra’s relationship with her daughter or Tamra ditching their Tres Amigas show. This has prompted Tamra to offer to give up her spot on RHOC so that Vicki would leave her alone. It seems like a never-ending battle between those two.

Amidst the drama, at least we know that Vicki and her home are currently safe from the fire.

Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK VICKI WILL COMMENT ON THE FIRE? WILL VICKI CONTINUE TO TALK ABOUT TAMRA?
