Former Bravolebrities are selling their properties these days. Randall Emmett recently sold the home he shared with Lala Kent. Bethenny Frankel’s former house has just hit the market. Next in the lineup is Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino. He just listed his beachfront mansion for just shy of $9 million.
The former Real Housewives of Orange County star is using Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent, Tracy Tutor.
Tracy Tutor calls the property an “incredible investment”
People revealed that with the Bellino kids growing up, Jim is looking to downsize. Further, the gang will perhaps be spending less time overnight. So a 4,800 square foot home is hardly necessary anymore.
The three-floor beach front home was designed by the award-winning Lehrer Architects. Additionally, it features six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It’s guard-gated on Dana Point’s exclusive Beach Road.
“This architectural is truly one-of-a-kind, offering a rare combination of luxury, privacy, and the best of Southern California beachfront living for under $2000 a foot,” Tracy told People.
“With the upcoming revitalization of Dana Point Harbor, this home is not just a private retreat, but an incredible investment in a community that’s undergoing a dynamic transformation,” she added. “The new developments will bring enhanced dining, shopping, and recreational experiences right at your doorstep, elevating the coastal lifestyle to new heights.”
According to the listing, the home boasts a “sense of grandeur” due to its unique “contoured walls and geometric forms.” It includes 16 retractable glass walls that make the built-up sand pad and deck that much more accessible. The primary suite offers floor-to-ceiling windows, among other features.
Jim and Alexis divorced in August 2018 after 14 years of marriage. The RHOC star is newly engaged to John Janssen.
