It was Alexis Bellino’s time in the ring with Emily Simpson on the latest episode of Real Housewives of Orange County. So far, Alexis’ only arch-nemesis on the show has been Shannon Beador. However, Alexis now has beef with Emily which she has to deal with. And that is because she made the classic Real Housewives mistake of inserting herself into someone else’s battle. Now Alexis is paying the price by possibly losing her friendship with Emily.
Alexis Bellino admitted things between her and Emily Simpson “went a little bit too far that night”
It all went down at Jennifer Pedranti’s fiesta night. You’d think with fresh tacos on the menu Emily would be at her best, but it was quite the opposite. Emily was still upset at Heather Dubrow about the charity event fashion show. She had felt singled out because she was the only one asked to bring jeans, while everyone else had something on by the designer.
Alexis then felt the need to jump into the mix when Emily mentioned she and Alexis had to wear the same dress at the event. This set off an epic fight no one saw coming. Decider reported on Alexis’ thoughts from that evening and if she and Emily were on good terms.
Alexis shared, “I just remember being angry in that moment. And as you could tell, this season, I’m a little bit more vocal that I was my past four seasons because I’m going to be unfiltered and do me.” We love to see it!
She continued, “You saw Emily get upset about the clothes. It just kind of heightened.” So much so that Emily called Alexis “annoying and looney” and then yelled at her to “shut the f*ck up!” Alexis then stated things “went a little bit too far that night.” She said, “We’re not really speaking. It’s awkward.”
And things are going to be even more awkward between them. Alexis recently called out Emily for “self-producing” and said she was the “messiest” cast member. I guess that’s the unfiltered Alexis coming out. While her friendship with Emily has fizzled, at least she still has newbie Katie Ginella in her corner.
