Just when you thought you’d seen it all, here comes Netflix with the Love is Blind Season 7 trailer teasing a throuple. This season, we’ve also got a physicist, a self-proclaimed trophy wife, and an overprotective mom threatening to slice someone’s genitals. There’s so much packed into this two-minute trailer that you almost have to see it to believe it.
Romance, heartbreak, and the Lacheys on Love is Blind Season 7
For Season 7 of Love is Blind, Netflix gathered 29 singles from the Washington D.C. area to participate in the “experiment” of a lifetime. The fact that they can find people to participate in this show after all of the accusations of mistreatment is shocking, but Netflix somehow managed to get folks from all walks of life.
Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey are back to host, and in the trailer, they introduce the single with the not-so-simple question: “Will you get married or will you walk away forever?”
Then, we get a glimpse of all of the connections and heartbreak set to go down in the pods. They all quickly start making deep connections and start asking the tough questions to find their matches. After one guy admits that there will “be little love triangles,” one of the girls suggests, “We could just be a little throuple!”
Of course, the real action starts after the singles meet face-to-face and have to live together. In the trailer, we get a glimpse of some of the singles outside of the pod, and just like in seasons past, chaos and heartbreak ensue. In one tense moment, a mom confronts her daughter’s suitor and says, “You hurt my daughter, I will cut your balls off.”
All of the twists and turns lead up to the big moment at the altar. In the trailer, you can catch a quick glimpse of some of the singles who make it to the wedding day. But will they actually say, “I do?” That’s a different story.
Love Is Blind season 7 premieres Wednesday, October 2 on Netflix.
