Jennifer Pedranti and William Pedranti are at odds again. Mere months after coming to an agreement to settle their divorce, the former couple are due back in divorce court.
In July 2024, Jennifer and William finalized their divorce. The Real Housewives of Orange County star scored a comfortable financial settlement and the situation seemed to be a win for the reality TV star. Yet, this latest set of court filings indicates that the turmoil is not over.
Jennifer Pedranti’s court date is set for October 21
According to statements made by the RHOC star in a recent interview with Jeff Lewis, William has not been making his payments.
Now, In Touch is exclusively reporting that Jennifer wants her ex-husband back in court for financial discovery. She also wants an “enforcement of a money judgment.”
Judge Julie Palafox set a court date for October 21 at 8:30 a.m. after signing off on the request earlier this week. As per the court, William is to personally appear with preparations to pay the money owed.
“If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding,” the notice warned.
As per their settlement from July, the parents shared joint legal and physical custody of Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. William was due to pay $4,674 in monthly child support.
In addition, Jennifer was to receive $1,735 per month in spousal support as long as she remained single.
William was to pay the Bravolebrity $267,811 “in order to equalize the division of the community assets and debts.” Jennifer kept her equity in her Devi Rebel Yoga company, as well as the contents of her bank accounts. Net proceeds from the sale of their former home, totaling $535,000, were pocketed by William.
William and his legal team have not yet responded to the new legal developments.
