David Beador Filed Civil Harassment Restraining Order Against Estranged Wife’s Ex

Even though David Beador is no longer part of the Real Housewives of Orange County franchise, viewers have kept a close eye on him. This week, news broke that David was accused of ignoring a court order filed by his ex-wife, Lesley Beador. The two have been involved in a bitter separation, and it looks like things have taken a turn for the worse.

According to In Touch, David filed the restraining order just days after he was hit with a temporary restraining order. On September 16th, the court documents reported that Lesley’s ex, Eriks Pukke, who she shares two children with, claimed that David had filed a civil harassment restraining order against him. Eriks noted that the 60-year-old filed the order because he abided by a “per court order to pick up his children on September 8, at the home where David and Lesley reside.” The filing showed that Eriks already had a restraining order in place against David since December 7, 2023.

The restraining order against David prohibits the former RHOC star from coming near Eriks. The former ex of Lesley claimed that during a recent custody exchange, David “violated” the protective order in place by getting within 100 yards of his car. It was alleged that David also was “yelling profanities” at him. Eriks told the outlet that he had yet to be served the official paperwork. However, David’s lawyers informed him that the court had denied his request for a temporary order and had set a hearing for October 11.

The filing also showed that Eriks had asked the court not to force him to testify in the hearing. This is because Lesley is set to argue for a permanent restraining order against David. However, the judge denied his request and ordered him to appear remotely. In September, Lesley filed a request for a temporary restraining order. At the time, she asked that the order cover her and her three children. David has filed for divorce three times but dismissed all cases. Now, Lesley claims that David is creating a “hostile environment.”
