Lala Kent Views Vanderpump Rules Season 11 as ‘A Personal High’

Lala Kent apparently has moments of self-reflection. Big mistakes have been made, especially in dealing with her Vanderpump Rules co-stars.

As it stands, Lala called her interactions on Season 11 of VPR a “personal high” during a recent episode of her podcast Give Them Lala. It all comes down to her “growth” as a human being. This… might be a choice.

Lala Kent felt “peace within” herself while filming Season 11

“Season 11 was my season where I’ve said it may not have been a high as far as the audience goes,” Lala said. A personal high for supporting someone like Tom Sandoval?

Lala felt she exuded a “tremendous amount of growth” on screen. A good parameter for it was the “peace” the Lala felt during filming. Fans, however, felt differently when the season aired.

“I felt a tremendous amount of peace within myself, which has never really happened,” she shared.

“Each season I can go through and pinpoint exactly where I was mentally,” Lala explained. “Season 11 was the first season where I’m like, ‘I am who I am right now. I got questions, but I feel that peace.’ It was great so I’m going to take that one into account as well.”

Lala drew some criticism for disagreeing with Ariana Madix last season. Mainly, Ariana’s decision not to film with her ex-boyfriend. It all came to a head at the VPR Season 11 reunion.

Lala walked back on her stance during a June episode of Two T’s In A Pod podcast. However, she did suggest that Ariana place more stock in VPR. This might be because VPR is seemingly all Lala has and Ariana has had a wealth of opportunity since Scandoval.

“It was hard this season. I was talking about things that we’ve all spoken about. And then when a camera comes up, everyone runs scared. I have Ariana, who I personally believe really forgot why she was catapulted into opportunity,” Lala opined. “Again, [I’m] so happy for you, but let’s not forget where we come from. None of us have anything without Vanderpump Rules. What we built outside of it, we should be very proud of.” If nothing else, Lala is the queen baroness of doubling down.

Vanderpump Rules can be streamed on Peacock.
