Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans were alarmed when concerning news bubbled up about Kim Richards‘ health. Kim has battled addiction for many years. Unfortunately, it sounds like recently she has allegedly been struggling with her sobriety. Now thankfully, her sister Kathy Hilton is sharing some good news about her sister.
Kathy Hilton’s update included claims that she has “never had issues” with Kim Richards
Apparently, in early September 2024, Kim was placed on a psychiatric hold, also known as a 5150 hold. She was reportedly behaving erratically at a Los Angeles Hilton Hotel. At the time, she was with her sister, Kyle Richards. After Kim refused to leave, the police arrived and took her to a hospital by ambulance.
Later that month, Kim refused to vacate a house that Kyle owns in the Los Angeles area. In the past, Kim had lived there. So, Kyle turned to the police after Kim was at the house again. It seems that Kyle was worried about Kim’s health. However, since it was a civil matter, the police could not remove Kim from the premises.
There was another sign that all was not well among the three sisters when Kim turned 60 years old in September. Neither Kyle nor Kathy sent Kim any birthday love via social media. Sharing birthday shout-outs is their usual practice.
Now Kathy is giving fans some good news about Kim. “Kim and I have never had issues or anything. She is going through a tough time and she’s doing better now,” Kathy told US Weekly on October 5.
Many RHOBH fans were hoping for a reunion with all three sisters. Kathy once again returned as a friend of the housewives for Season 14. It seems like Kim, Kyle, and Kathy are never all on good terms. Hopefully, one day it will happen.
