Season 15 of Real Housewives of New York is off to a great start, and Episode 2 was no different. The drama is plentiful, the storylines are wonderfully silly, and the taglines are top-notch. Last week ended with a big fight at Brynn’s party at the Chelsea bar The Fleur Room. This week, the women tried to repair the damage with little success. If you missed last night’s episode, we got you. Here is everything that went down in RHONY Season 15, Episode 2: “You Can Run but You Can’t Ride.”
What happened on Real Housewives of New York Season 15, Episode 2?
Brynn was still the center of conflict in Episode 2. Erin, Sai, and Ubah are not too pleased with her and it seems as though there has been very little resolution since the Season 14 reunion. Sai and Jenna had a productive lunch. Jenna seems unbothered that Sai was allegedly trash-talking her behind her back. Sai may have earned Jenna’s forgiveness but Brynn is still holding tight to her grudge. Sai revealed she tried to make amends with her former friend but had no luck. It looks like the feud will persist. Erin and Brynn had a conversation about the Jeff Lewis podcast comment and it went pretty well. They still can’t agree on what the truth is but their friendship is in a better place. Erin fought with her husband Abe about Bitcoin. He sold some of their Bitcoin without her permission and she’s pissed. The episode ended with the ladies traveling to the Hamptons; but not before Brynn and Jessel push Rebecca on Scientology…

Erin fills in Ubah about Brynn’s party drama
At the start of Tuesday’s episode, the women were still recovering from Brynn’s infamous party. Ubah joined Erin and her mom as they shopped for wigs. Erin’s mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and she decided to cut her hair in solidarity with her mom. How sweet!
Ubah was MIA from Brynn’s party, so Erin filled her in on the drama. She told Ubah about the Jeff Lewis drama, telling her that Brynn twisting her words gave her flashbacks to Cheesegate (if you know, you know). I swear if these women start with the cheese drama again…I’m out—TV off. I agree that Brynn misrepresented how Erin handled Jeff’s accusation, which is making me look at Cheesegate in a whole new light.
Sai and Jenna clear the air
While Erin and Ubah shopped for new hair, Sai and Jenna cleared the air. Sai said she regretted losing her cool at Brynn’s party. She expressed her disappointment in the Hostess spreading the “Sai hates Jenna” rumor. Jenna said she heard the rumor from multiple people, not just Brynn.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how confrontational Queen Jenna is this season? Last year, Jenna would have shied away from a conversation of this nature but Season 15 Jenna is digging her heels in. Obsessed. She heard the notes from fans and she took them. Bravo! Pun intended.
Anyway, Sai didn’t seem to care that Brynn wasn’t the only source of the rumor. She continued to talk about Brynn and their friendship breakup, revealing she attempted to amend the relationship over Thanksgiving but had no luck. It is sad to see these two at odds. They were good allies last season.
Sai then did what anyone who was desperately trying to repair a friendship would do-leak Brynn’s text messages. Yeah, that will rebuild the trust for sure. In one text, Brynn compared herself to carbon monoxide.
“Someone that once tried to f*ck with me once called me carbon monoxide. Invisible, odorless, and sucks the very life out of you before you even have the chance to realize it,” she wrote.
Yeah, that text would scare the sh*t out of me.
Brynn and Erin make amends (kind of)
Over in Gramercy Park, Brynn and Erin were making amends. Brynn is still upset about Erin’s Jeff Lewis interview. This conversation is basically just Brynn blaming Erin for things outside her control. Erin can’t control Jeff Lewis’s comments and she can’t control Sai butting into their argument at The Fleur Room. I love Brynn but Team Erin on this one.
She keeps saying Erin screamed at her at the party which simply isn’t true. She tells Erin she doesn’t need grown women yelling at her because this “Isn’t Staten Island.” Ouch. Erin reminds Brynn that she is “a born-and-raised city person.” Lol. So dumb but so good.
Brynn gets emotional about the Jeff Lewis comment, which is understandable. It’s unfair that there were rumors about her financial situation but she’s blaming the wrong person. Erin is not at fault here.
Erin and Abe fight over Bitcoin (yawn)
After fighting with Brynn, Erin grabs lunch with her husband Abe and we finally find out how he betrayed her. Erin has been teasing this big betrayal all episode and it turns out, it was over Bitcoin. Well then…
I guess Abe decided to sell some of their Bitcoin without her knowledge. I don’t really get it. They keep talking about the Bitcoin market and I find myself zoning out. It sounds like rich people problems. Moving on!
Once the Bitcoin convo ends, Erin talks about how she didn’t even want to get married because she was enjoying her freedom, which included rich men flying her around the world. Love that. She adds that she never even had to sleep with anyone. Honestly, good for her.
RHONY cast talks Scientology in a helicopter
The episode ends with the women traveling to the Hamptons. Brynn, Jessel, and new “friend of” Rebecca take a helicopter. Jenna, Ubah, and Sai decide to stay grounded and travel via car. Ubah insists that her reluctance to fly has nothing to do with her fractured relationship with Brynn but it does seem like she is isolating herself from the group.
In the helicopter, Brynn asks Rebecca what she should say if questioned about her castmate’s connection to Scientology. Rebecca plays it coy and gives a series of non-answers about the topic. Ok, I’m dying to know more. Maybe we’ll learn more next week…
Real Housewives of New York continues Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
