Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg scored himself a nice little property. The famous real estate agent recently purchased a $14 million home in Beverly Hills. And not just any area of Beverly Hills, but Trousdale Estates, to be exact. This neighborhood is full of Hollywood A-listers and is up high in the hills, so you get views for days. It’s also known for its mid-century modern homes, and it looks like Flagg might have picked up one of those.
Josh Flagg’s new home is “midcentury modern” and was “meticulously renovated”
During MDLLA Season 15, Flagg had a major storyline with selling a home in the Trousdale Estates area. First, there was competition with Josh Altman selling a listing in that location, and Flagg also went to war with his client on pricing. Is Flagg’s new purchase located where all that drama unfolded?
Perhaps, but there are other details to share about Flagg’s new home. Bravo’s The Daily Dish reported the info. Flagg bought a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house that was “once reportedly owned by musician Charlie Puth.” The style is “midcentury modern,” and the “home was built in 1965 but was “meticulously renovated,” keeping the vintage charm while giving it a very modern finish.” Sounds right up Flagg’s alley.
This seems to be a smarter purchase than the childhood dream home Flagg bought on Bedford, located in the flats of Beverly Hills. The outside of the home was stunning, but the inside was stripped to the studs. Flagg shared that buying Bedford was, “probably not the most intelligent thing, but I love that house.”
Now Flagg can take his time with building out Bedford while he stays in his new mid-century modern home. No doubt sipping cocktails by the pool with his bestie, Denise Richards.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is streaming on Peacock.
