Lisa Vanderpump just secured another seven-figure property, this time in Las Vegas. At this point, can anyone deny Lisa’s success? Even with various struggles and lawsuits here and there, Lisa seems unstoppable, for better or for worse.
True, Vanderpump Rules is on a hiatus. Nevertheless, Lisa is perfectly content to let the series breathe for a while. As for her other show, Vanderpump Villa Season 2 is on its way. Season 1 created enough of a buzz that Disney decided they wanted more.
And even though the future of VPR is uncertain, Lisa has plenty outside of TV to work on. So, with all of that mounting success, why not drop a hefty sum on some new digs?
Why and when Lisa Vanderpump bought her Las Vegas mansion
On October 14, TMZ revealed that Lisa spent approximately $5 million on a new home in Las Vegas. She allegedly toured the new property just days after wrapping production on Vanderpump Villa Season 2. Three days after touring, Lisa closed on the house. Sources told TMZ that Lisa had already settled in and decorated the mansion according to her tastes.
The property sits on a golf course, has its own massive pool, and features views of the surrounding desert. Lisa decided to buy this pad on top of her well-known Beverly Hills estate, Villa Rosa. Keeping both estates means multiple plane trips back and forth between California and Nevada.
Lisa’s recent time in Las Vegas is arguably business as much as pleasure. Next month, Lisa will open her third Vegas venue – Pinky’s by Vanderpump – at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Lisa’s latest property acquisition also comes after a recent condo sale. Once her son moved out of the space, Lisa sold the West Hollywood condo after a series of liens.
Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock while Vanderpump Villa is streaming on Hulu.
