Tom Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss rocked their friend group on Vanderpump Rules. And let’s face it, this scandal shocked reality TV fans. At the time, Tom had been dating Rachel’s friend Ariana Madix for years. This messy drama pumped up the ratings for VPR, but it took a toll on all involved. Rachel entered a mental health facility to take care of herself. And after she emerged, her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue, was born.
Rachel Leviss is ending her podcast
Rachel’s podcast premiered in January 2024. It was her way to tell her own story and milk every last ounce out of Scandoval. Of course, we learned some juicy details that we never wanted to know. TMI.
Then Rachel filed a lawsuit against Tom and Ariana for taking part in alleged revenge porn. The accusations stem from an intimate video of Rachel that Ariana found on Tom’s phone. It was allegedly taken without Rachel’s knowledge or consent.
Well, after alternately wishing Ariana well and bashing her for her reaction to the affair, Rachel is moving on. Finally.
A description of the final episode of her podcast reads, “Rachel Goes Rogue is literally going rogue, but not before dropping a huge revelation about a new relationship that’s found its way into her life. Join Rachel as she goes full circle and gives a final farewell to the podcast with the show’s first guest, Psychologist Dr. Hillary Goldsher, and reflects on her journey with Juliette,” the description concluded. As you may know, Juliette is Rachel’s publicist.
During the episode, Rachel shared why she is stepping away from her podcast. “I’ve made the decision to take both feet out of the Vanderpump Rules universe and focus on myself. Focus on my life, my healing,” she stated.
I guess that makes sense now that Scandoval has finally died down. But I suspect that we will see Rachel on another reality show someday.
