Mike Shouhed is back in the news after video footage showed a man his ex-fiancée claims to be him throwing and seemingly choking her. Mike was first arrested in March 2022 for “intimate partner violence with injury” that took place over a hookah. According to Paulina Ben-Cohen, this is not the first time Mike has assaulted her.
The footage shows a man with aggression issues, who Paulina Ben-Cohen claims is Mike Shouhed
It’s been two years since the Shahs of Sunset star was arrested on a domestic violence charge. But now footage of his alleged ruthless attack on Paulina has bubbled to the surface.
On Thursday, a video obtained by TMZ, showed a man who seems to be Mike grabbing Paulina by the hair and eventually forcing her down to the ground. Paulina was taking clothes off the rack when the man, presumably Mike, rushed up behind her in a matter of seconds. In the following clip, a clothing rack can be seen toppling down onto her. The footage was shot on a home security camera and took place in a closet and a child’s playroom.
The graphic video showed Mike pushing Paulina’s face into the rug. At that moment, she tries to throw objects at him until he is seen leaving the closet. Another clip shows the man attempting to choke Paulina while in the playroom, holding her in a headlock. She is seen slapping the man in the face and head in an attempt to defend herself. Paulina was seen taking out her phone but couldn’t place the call as the device was forcefully wrestled away from her.
Mike Shouhed appears in court
According to the outlet, the Shahs of Sunset star appeared in court on Tuesday. The judge ruled that Mike must participate in one year of a mental health program. Paulina was also issued a protective order against Mike, and he can not use or threaten violence.
Earlier this year, Paulina filed a civil lawsuit against Mike. But this is the first time the entire video has been released. It’s a sickening watch.
