Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Potomac has barely begun, and I’m happy to say that it is promising. Karen Huger’s DUI, and her refusal to accept responsibility, have been the center of the drama. Well, up until she decided to invite everyone to an award ceremony that was at the same time as Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby’s event. Of course, Gizelle was annoyed and told the ladies to just attend Karen’s event.
As you may recall, Gizelle’s event was a fundraiser for brain cancer research. Sadly, her father passed away from brain cancer. So, when some of the ladies showed up three minutes late after leaving Karen’s event, Gizelle had security remove them. Now Gizelle is addressing some upcoming drama, and she is raving about the Season 9 finale.
Why is the RHOP Season 9 finale the best finale … ever?
Well, Gizelle recently teased fans with some news about NeNe Leakes. It seems that Karen ran into NeNe in Los Angeles, and NeNe told Karen to beat up Gizelle. When asked if she knew why, Gizelle told Entertainment Tonight, “No! Like, you know, people hate when I’m just home minding my business. Can I just be home alone minding my business, please? Why are y’all talking about beating me up?”
She continued, “It was so weird to me. So crazy. I gotta ask Karen about it. I never even asked her about it but like, it was a little strange.” Gizelle added, “And because I don’t have an issue with NeNe and I thought she didn’t have one with me, so it was very weird.”
When Gizelle was asked what fans can look forward to in the rest of Season 9 of RHOP, her answer was wild. “We have a season finale that tops … I want to, I can safely say, tops all season finales for all Real Housewives franchises period,” she replied. Of course, that is a tall order. How can anyone outdo Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s big Reality Von Tease reveal?
Well, Gizelle feels pretty confident. “I’m saying receipts who? Timeline who?” Gizelle commented. I hope she isn’t just pumping up the reunion only to let viewers down when they finally watch it. What do you think, Heather Gay?
