Ryan Boyajian Dragged Into RHOC Star Jennifer Pedranti’s Bitter Divorce Battle

There is no doubt that Jennifer Pedranti is arguably having one of her best seasons on the Real Housewives of Orange County. However, the drama persists, and so does the yogi. Jenn is still very much going through her public divorce, and now her fiance, Ryan Boyajian, has been dragged into the mess.

In Touch reported that Ryan has been pulled into Jenn’s legal issues, which aren’t pretty. Documents obtained by the outlet showed that Jenn filed an emotional declaration in response to her ex-husband Will’s plea to terminate her monthly spousal support. William also asked to reduce his child support contribution. Initially, Will had agreed to a settlement in June, which meant that he would be paying $4,674 a month in child support and an additional $1,735 a month in spousal support. Both agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their four children. The deal also showed the children would live with Jenn. The former couple were married from 2002 to 2022, but her emotional affair split the marriage. Jenn was also given a one-time payment of $267,000.

In the court documents, Will alleged that Dawson had moved in with him in March. He argued that the child support should now be reduced by $500. As for Jenn’s spousal support, Will argued that the judge was unaware that his ex-wife was living with Ryan when the original order was entered into court. The document read, “Jennifer still lives with Ryan, and I believe has little to no living expenses (rent, utilities, car payment, etc.) due to this living arrangement, she moved in with Ryan because she did not pay rent on her lease at a home in Ladera Ranch, California.”

However, Will noted that he was not “party to the lease agreement. Jennifer signed the lease agreement without first notifying me. If she had notified me beforehand, I would not have agreed to the terms of the lease (particularly the amount). We agreed to an uneven split of the amount of the rent since the children would be living there.” The filing also showed William accusing Jenn of harassing him at his home. To show proof, he provided texts and emails to the court. For her part, Jenn was averse to having her monthly spousal support diminished.
