Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City was phenomenal. During the finale, Heather Gay outed newbie Monica Garcia as part of the troll account, Reality Von Tease. This account came after the cast and posted alleged lies about them. No one trusted Monica, and that was clear during the reunion. So, Monica was fired. However, she is still involved in sounding off about Season 5 of RHOSLC. And Lisa Barlow’s recent comments comparing her to Jen Shah rattled Monica’s cage.
RHOSLC’s Monica Garcia claimed that Lisa Barlow “had the nastiest stuff to say” about co-stars
Monica blasted the way that the cast treated Whitney Rose during the Season 5 premiere. It seems like someone still wants to be included in all the chaos.
Recently, Lisa spoke to Entertainment Tonight and was asked if Monica or Jen’s betrayal schooled her more about friendship. Lisa responded, “Monica’s. I feel like Jen … you know, as toxic as Jen’s behavior could be, I feel like Monica pretended to be something she wasn’t in every capacity.”
She added, “And I feel like the fact that she could like be nice to our faces while saying the worst things behind our backs, like detrimental things, perpetuating lies.” Baby Gorgeous also slammed Monica as “devious.”
Of course, Monica couldn’t let this slide. She reposted the video to Instagram and went off in the comments. “It’s beyond obvious whats happening here at this point. Both of you saying my betrayal was worse than Jen. Really?” Monica wrote. “I was pretending to be something I wasn’t?? While you had a whole a$$ criminal pretending to be someone she wasn’t right under your nose and you ‘didn’t’ know it?” That is a valid point.
Monica continued, “As far as me being a witness … I was told I was being subpoenaed by the federal government if I refused to move forward.” She added, “Devious? But you were right there with us! As referenced in the burn book yet not shown.” Is that a hint that Monica’s burn book may someday appear?
“I would say things behind your backs? Umm … LIKE YOU ALL DO!?!!? Honey, you had the nastiest stuff to say behind your friends back and thank goodness it was recorded for all of us to see! Girl, please,” Monica said.
Monica claims that Reality Von Tease never targeted Lisa
“I said the worst things? You do realize you have a cast member right now saying you eff people in park city for your black card and to get your bills paid, right?? You also had cast members saying you give bl*w jo*bs around town, but I said the worst things????” she commented.
The RHOSLC alum continued, “STOP with this bs! Vicious? Vicious is what you’re doing to me now. You loved RVT and now you want to act like it bullied and tormented you when you know that is a flat-out LIE,” she wrote. “That page never bullied or tormented you and girl, you was a fan.”
Interestingly, Monica claimed that producers tried to bring her back for Season 5 of the show, but it was blocked by cast members who threatened to quit. Plus, both Meredith Marks and Angie Katsanevas don’t want to see Monica return. Yet, Monica refuses to quit jumping into the drama.
