Halloween comes once a year, but it is one time a person can dress up as whoever their heart desires. Some go as Lady Gaga and her meat dress, and others as Frankenstein. But Bravo fans only have one choice; even those in Hollywood for Halloween. And that is to go as their beloved Bravolebs. They do say imitation is the highest form of flattery. If I could choose anyone, it might be Naomie Olindo, when she dressed up in ’60s attire and yelled at Craig Conover about his sewing. The look was simply iconic.
Zooey Deschanel channels her inner Real Housewives for a very Bravo meets Hollywood Halloween
The New Girl star paid the ultimate homage to Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Angie Katsanevas. I mean, you know you’ve made it when an actual Hollywood actress is looking to be like you. Bravo superfans immediately recognized Zooey Deschanel as Angie K when she had to dress like a prairie Mormon and churn butter for her lunch. The scene took place in Season 4 and showed all the women trying their best to master old-time chores, including sewing and making dolls.
Zooey wore a pink bonnet with the same white fur coat, sunglasses, and long pink skirt. The actress posed with a half-full milk jar to complete the Pioneer-Day-themed scene. Below her photo, the 44-year-old wrote, “If you know who I am, we can be friends…”
Angie quickly took to Zooey’s comment section, writing, “OMG!!! Little Bo Greek is SHAKING in her Bonnet right now. Zooey I’m honored!!! You’re an icon. The Greek Mafia loves you.” I think it is safe to say that this was one Halloween outfit that the Greek Mafia definitely approved of. What really topped the costume was Zooey had one of her friends dressed as Lisa Barlow to pose with her.
A baby found her inner Tamra Judge
Even though she might not be a Hollywood A-lister, a sweet toddler found her funny bone to channel Tamra Judge. As Real Housewives of Orange County fans were painfully made aware, Tamra recently underwent a quiet procedure on her face.
Back in September, Tamra revealed that she had undergone a brow lift and a blue chemical peel while recording a video on social media. To many, she looked terrifying as she was red and swollen. But at the time, Tamra noted she had “never felt prettier.” As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
In the video, Tamra shared, “Seven years ago, I had a lower facelift but skipped the upper — like painting the house but forgetting the trim. Stay tuned for updates!” Well, this All Hallows Eve, a creative mother and daughter decided to go trick or treating as Tammy Sue’s green face while in recovery.
What resulted was a pretty spot-on interpretation of what Tamra looked like as she healed. The little girl wore a Jack Daniels t-shirt and an Ace Bandage and painted her tiny face green to complete the look. Tamra reposted the photo, writing, “If anybody is in need of a last-minute Halloween costume idea.”
The best Bravoleb costume goes to the RHOC
As for which Bravoleb killed it on Halloween with their costumes, the answer would be Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter. The two best friends dressed up as the spooky twins from The Shining. The “Come play with us” scene has terrified viewers of the movie for years. The Grady twins are known for their sky-blue dresses with pink belts. And Emily and Gina pulled the look off perfectly, complete with knee-high white stockings.
Both Real Housewives of Orange County stars did their best to portray the Grady twins, who were murdered by their father, Delbert Grady when he was possessed by ghosts in the Overlook Hotel. At one point, Gina and Emily jump on their hotel bed, and Emily starts crawling around the hallway. They even did the famous elevator scene. Honestly, the video creeped me out, so these ladies won by a mile! Under the video, Emily wrote, “Happy Halloween, friends! Parents….have fun, stay safe, and make sure you test all the candy for poison.”
