It’s been way too long since we’ve gotten to watch our Real Housewives of Miami mojito holders live their lives on our TV screens. Last season centered around the tumultuous divorce between Lisa Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein, which took a dark and messy turn. Cheating accusations, hot mic moments and screaming matches were just a portion of the drama.
Lenny wasted no time moving on from Lisa, making him RHOM’s Enemy No. 1. He quickly got into a relationship with model Katharina Mazepa, the woman that he was cheating on Lisa with during their marriage. In fact, he didn’t even hesitate to get down on one knee and put a ring on her finger, despite the public outrage.
Since then, they’ve seemingly had an on-and-off relationship. Last we heard, they had called things off, but that appears to have changed on Halloween. Or, they could just be the best of friends. Right?

Lenny took to Instagram to post a photo of his couple’s costume with Katharina at his annual Halloween party. The two were scantily clad, covered in camo paint and cuddled up like a couple.
Obviously, RHOM fans flooded the comments with questions and criticism about the relationship. Lenny kept the caption vague, but a deeper look into the comments reveals his real feelings about the speculation.
One supportive follower called out the “toxic” comments under Lenny’s post, and he went off in response. “Doesn’t get more toxic than housewives fans. They watch a scripted show that convinces them that black is white and white is black and they believe it. Not the brightest people on the planet,” he wrote.
Ouch, Lenny, don’t hurt our feelings like that. And it’s clear by the comments that fans were just asking what everyone was thinking. The deflection is real.
