RHOC Alum Vicki Gunvalson’s 2014 Divorce Settlement Revealed

The OG of Real Housewives of Orange County has always kept her cards close to her chest regarding her 2013-2014 divorce. Vicki Gunvalson and Donn Gunvalson married in 1994 but called it quits in 2014 after years of struggling to get on the same page. Vicki’s love tank might have been empty, but her bank account was sure full.

Vicki Gunvalson’s divorce settlement seemed fair

Even though her divorce was over 10 years ago, In Touch learned just how much Vicki walked away with in her settlement. After 16 years of marriage, the mother of two decided that she had enough and filed for divorce in April 2013. However, the legal documents show that the date listed of their separation was three years prior, in October 2010.

The settlement documents show that Vicki was given all the furniture in her possession, including any artwork and other personal items. Vicki also walked away with their Coto de Caza home, which was often featured as a location on The Real Housewives of Orange County. At the time that the divorce documents were signed, the home was worth $600,000.

According to the outlet, Vicki also walked “away with half the balance of several bank accounts. And the full balance of several other accounts.” She was given all rights to her WooHoo Productions LLC and a Lindo Mar Puerto Vallarta timeshare.

The business mogul got a penthouse in Puerto Rico and a 2009 Mercedes SL550. The settlement also shows that Vicki could keep a life insurance policy worth $100,000. There was also a second life insurance policy worth $500,000 that the RHOC star could keep.

Donn didn’t walk away empty-handed. He was allowed to take furniture and his own art possessions. Vicki also bought him out of their home and gave him $27,000.

Donn was given the other half of multiple bank accounts. He was also allowed to keep his 401K, which was estimated to be worth $75,000. Vicki’s former husband also kept a 2003 Navigator and a 2004 745i BMW.

Donn kept the vacation home in Lake Havasu, Arizona, and another home in Irvine, California. Whew, that’s a lot of assets to divide!

Real Housewives of Orange County is streaming on Peacock.
