Lenny Hochstein filed for a divorce in 2022. Lisa Hochstein was no longer his one, as we all overheard during Season 5 of Real Housewives of Miami. While both parties have moved on, their divorce remains stagnant, as disagreements have arisen everywhere in their filings. Now, one of their lawyers is trying to throw in the towel, as Lisa allegedly refused to sign a non-disparagement clause in their finalization papers.
I think I’ve seen this film before. And I didn’t like the ending.
Lisa Hochstein refuses to sign Lenny Hochstein’s non-disparagement clause, as her lawyer prepares to walk away from her case
Lisa is not making her divorce easy. Not that Lenny deserves a break after his hot mic moment on RHOM. You know, the one that caught him telling one of his man friends that he’d be single soon, I typed, as Selena Gomez sounded in my brain.
But Lisa said bet? So now, the joke is on Lenny, as Lisa is dragging him through the courts, saying, “Soon? I never knew her.”
Lisa has equally forgotten about her wallet. According to the latest court filings procured by In Touch, one of her lawyers, John Lambros, is trying to withdraw from her case. His firm also filed a lien against Lisa, as she owes $26,573 in fees that she has yet to pay.
Another lawyer remains with Lisa, but Lisa is holding up the finalization of their case. While “the parties have reached [a] resolution in most issues,” one area remains unchecked. “[Lisa] is refusing to agree to a non-disparagement and confidential provision” on the final draft of their parenting plan.
The lawyer for Lenny noted that all personal matters should remain “confidential” as they continue “not disparaging each other, whether publicly or privately, especially around the minor children,” but “for reasons unknown, [Lisa] will not agree.”
Furthermore, Lenny also claims that Lisa violated their settlement agreement. Her allegedly sticky fingers have been working, grabbing everything from a waffle maker to plants to furniture, and many of these items were not hers for the taking, Lenny claims.
Lisa has a new man and a fresh season ahead on Bravo, so hopefully, this gets sorted soon. I am not trying to hear about this mess any further on RHOM.
Real Housewives of Miami is streaming on Peacock.
