It looks like Mod Sun has moved on from Avril Lavigne, and he’s dipping his toes into the Love Is Blind dating pond. New photos show him packing on the PDA with Brittany Wisniewski from Season 7.
You’ll remember Brittany as the girl who matched with Leo Braudy. When they met in person for the first time, the energy was incredibly awkward, and the producers decided not to send them on the Mexico trip. Now, it looks like she’s rebounded with Mod Sun of all people.
When we last saw Brittany on Love Is Blind, she confessed at the Season 7 reunion that she and Leo quickly broke up after their off-camera trip to Miami. She said she was dating someone new, but that must have fizzled out since she’s now running around town with Mod Sun. Modern Sunshine meets Love Is Blind
There are a select few of us who know Mod Sun for his music, but over the last few years, he’s become more well-known for the company he keeps. He’s good pals with Machine Gun Kelly, he was engaged to Avril before they abruptly called it quits. Before that, he dated Bella Thorne. We’re not sure if moving onto a Love Is Blind contestant is a step in the right direction, but more power to him.
According to Page Six, the two first met when Brittany went to one of his concerts in Texas. She showed up with her Season 7 castmate, Hannah Jiles. The two were taking a break from fighting off internet trolls when he spotted them in the crowd.
Over the microphone, he asked, “Respectfully, are both of you on the show Love Is Blind?”
After that, Brittany started leaving flirty comments on Mod Sun’s TikTok. She told him that she was “waiting” for him to slide into her DMs. Sure enough, it happened. A few days later, the two reconnected at a bar in Los Angeles.
During their LA meetup, someone captured a video of them dancing to “Party In the USA,” getting handsy and seemingly kissing right there in the bar. It really doesn’t get more romantic than that, right?
It’s worth noting that the two of them haven’t officially confirmed that they’re dating. However, all of the signs are there. Between the flirty social media comments we’ve seen and the video of them dancing to Miley Cyrus, we think this might be love.
