It looks like Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might soon actually have an eviction date.
Kim and Kroy have been trying to offload the Milton, GA mansion heavily featured on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy for over a year amid their divorce and financial crisis.
It’s finally going up on the auction block – and soon. For months prior, the two were able to get a judge to delay the bank from moving forward with foreclosure. They both continued to live in the home, however, it looks like they’ve run out of time.

According to sources and online records obtained by TMZ, Kim and Kroy’s seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom, almost 16,000 sq. ft mansion is scheduled to be auctioned off to the highest bidder on December 3.
This comes after the home was originally listed for sale in October 2023 for $6 million. In the year and change since, the price has been slashed several times by millions of dollars. Chateau No Dough is currently listed for $3.65 million, despite a recent appraisal putting it at a worth of $5.5 million. So, some lucky bidder could end up with a steal. Kim and Kroy bought it for $880,000 in 2012.
Of course, Kim and Kroy have been at odds for the entirety of the ordeal. Kroy wanted a judge to force Kim’s hand into selling the home. Kroy said there’d been interest from prospective buyers. However, Kim scoffed at their offers and refused to go through with the sale. She responded in the press by saying she paid for almost everything, and Kroy paid for nothing.
So, if you’re in the market for an enormous, ostentatious abode, you could be in luck in just a little over two weeks. It’s unclear if Kim and Kroy can do anything to stop the train again, but they have to be running out of second, third, and 12th chances at this point. At any rate, their annoyed neighbors and oft-visiting local police have to be crossing their fingers that this auction happens.
