The Real Housewives of Dallas series got a swift kick to the trash in 2016. But Dr. Tiffany Moon continues thriving. As for her latest project, Tiffany is releasing a memoir next year. The title is Joy Prescriptions: How I Learned to Stop Chasing Perfection and Embrace Connection. And this is what her readers can expect to find within her pages.
But on your screens, I would not hold out hopes for any further seasons of RHOD.
RHOD’s Tiffany Moon will drop her memoir in 2025
Last week, Tiffany took to Instagram to share an exciting announcement with her followers. Her book, Joy Prescriptions, hits the shelves on May 9, 2025. But, if you want to ensure that you don’t miss out on this release, pre-orders are open, Tiffany noted.
As this empowering star begins promoting her memoir, Tiffany spoke with PEOPLE, detailing how her experiences, from childhood to the present, line her pages. She has lived an “interesting life with” many “twists and turns.” But while traveling down her sometimes treacherous roads, Tiffany “learned so many lessons,” which she is now sharing, hoping that her ventures might be able to help her readers.
As for the title of her memoir, Tiffany can explain. “At the end of each chapter, I offer the reader a joy prescription to take back to their life, [so they can also] infuse more gratitude, joy, and laughter,” she stated.
Joy Prescriptions reads chronologically, starting with Tiffany’s immigration to America when she was only 6 years old. “The first chapter starts with me coming on a plane from China and the lessons I learned there. Then going to college at the age of 15, going to medical school, meeting my husband, struggling with infertility, having my twins, the challenges of being a working mom, then Housewives and becoming an entrepreneur,” she explains, hoping that everyone finds “a chapter or two that resonates with them.”
I love this, and I also love how Tiffany continually keeps her name relevant on Bravo.
