Ubah Hassan ‘Losing Sleep’ Over ‘Excruciating’ Health Issue

Ubah Hassan has been refreshingly candid about matters her relationship with Oliver Dachsel this season on The Real Housewives of New York. While the German-born banker remains off camera, Ubah is sharing tidbits about their relationship, including her hope of having a child.

As such, the RHONY sophomore star is worried about a concerning health problem that she’s been experiencing.

“Something’s wrong,” Ubah said of her health

On a recent episode of RHONY, the professional model shared that she’s had a lot of pain during her periods. Ubah’s friend, Stacey, accompanied her on a shoppping trip. The friends discussed the worrying health trend, that the Bravolebrity blames on her age of 41, as reported by Bravo’s The Daily Dish.

Ubah did say she was going to consult with her doctors about it. And hopefully figure out a mangement plan for the “excruciating” pain the Bravolebrity felt in her abdomen.

“Like, I’m in bed,” Ubah said of how bad her “very painful” menstrual cycles get.

“Once, I was in a cab, I had to call a friend to stay on the phone with me before I [got] home, ’cause then I’m gonna pass out,” she shared in a confessional interview. “Something’s wrong, but this painful period, it concerns me ’cause it has to do with old age.”

Ubah is concerned about having “fertility problems”

The practical discomfort is bad enough. But as Ubah and Oliver have plans to start a family, the symptoms are worrying.

“I’m not gonna lie, I’m losing a little sleep,” Ubah said in the recent episode. “And only because I want a baby with Oliver so bad.”

The model gave an update in real time during a September appearance on Bravo HQ. The couple were not trying to conceive at that time. Also, the reality TV star previously said adoption was on the table as a second option.

“You know, it’s very scary because I have young friends — younger than me — and they’re having a lot of fertility problems,” Ubah said at the time. “Every dinner conversation with girls is usually about, ‘I’ve been trying for two years,’ and I’m like, ‘Oh, my God. You’re like five years younger than me.'”
