Vanderpump Rules Cast React to Reboot News: ‘Feeling at Peace’

With Vanderpump Rules coming to an end as we know it, of course the cast had to get their two cents in. Ariana Madix, Lala Kent, and Katie Maloney all took to social media to share their reactions to the news.

For those who didn’t hear, Bravo is rebooting VPR. Season 12 will feature an all-new cast. While the news shocked many, plenty of fans saw it coming. The cast has grown up. Many of them have avenues away from Pump Rules at this point.

Some fans had hope for the returning cast. But in that same vein, the Toms said they were optimistic about VPR’s future. Their optimism was returned with the news that Schwartz & Sandy’s would close before 2024 ended. Everything’s changing.

Ariana, Lala, and Katie reflect on “the best days of our lives”

On November 26, Ariana took to Instagram to reflect. She said VPR would “forever be that girl.” She gave heartfelt thanks to everyone involved with the show, especially her fans. “I’m feeling at peace with closing this chapter, and I’m excited for everything that is to come. I don’t know that these were the best days of our lives, but they were definitely something special.”

Lala made her own Instagram post to commemorate the end of the era. “I have such mixed feelings right now. It’s no secret I do not like change. This is the exception. I want to say thank you for rocking with us for so many years. This show changed my whole life.” She also shared her thanks with the VPR cast, crew, and viewers.

Katie posted one of her first VPR promos to her IG Story. She wrote, “It’s a mixed bag. But I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for the memories and the love the last 11 years.” Meanwhile, Bravo bigwig Andy Cohen tweeted, “these were the best days of our lives…”

Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.
